How it works 

We join you 6–8 weeks before the wedding to take all of the planning you have put in motion and give it structure, clarity and polish. During this period we carefully review vendor contracts, confirm services and establish clear communication so that every partner knows their role. We walk the venue with you to discuss flow, access points and any special considerations, and then craft a detailed master timeline that integrates ceremony, portraits, reception and send-off into one cohesive plan. This process ensures that nothing is left to chance and that all of your hard work comes together seamlessly. On the wedding day our team is there from the very beginning, guiding setup, cueing each transition and resolving small issues before they ever reach you, so that your people can relax and you can truly enjoy the experience.

Setup and Styling

Our team arrives early to oversee every aspect of setup so your vision is carried out with precision. We place décor, arrange tablescapes, style signage and handle the little details like candles, linens and personal items. Everything is designed to reflect the aesthetic you planned while ensuring it photographs beautifully and feels welcoming to your guests.

Vendor Direction

We serve as the central point of contact for all vendors, greeting them upon arrival and guiding them through load-in. We coordinate delivery paths, power needs, sound checks and setup requirements to keep everyone on schedule. Our role is to make sure each professional can focus on their craft without having to track down answers, while you and your family stay stress-free.

Ceremony Cueing

From organizing the wedding party to cueing music and lining up processional order, we manage every step of the ceremony with quiet confidence. We confirm that family is seated, photographers are in place and musicians are ready before each moment unfolds. This allows you to walk down the aisle with total peace of mind knowing every detail has been timed and rehearsed.

Reception Flow

We orchestrate the major transitions of the reception so the evening feels seamless and engaging. Our team cues the grand entrance, coordinates timing for toasts, works with catering staff to manage dinner service and ensures special dances and cake cutting happen at the right time. Once the dance floor opens, we maintain the energy and pacing so guests remain entertained until the final song.

VIP Care

Parents, grandparents and members of the wedding party deserve to feel cared for too. We provide discreet support for these important guests, making sure they are comfortable, informed and in the right place at the right time. From offering tissues to guiding them to reserved seating, our team offers thoughtful hospitality throughout the day.

Contingencies

No wedding day is completely without surprises, but our role is to handle them with composure and efficiency. We are prepared to pivot in case of weather changes, transportation delays or missing items. When timelines need adjusting, we compress or extend moments as needed to keep the day on track while protecting the experience for you and your guests.
